System Setup
What’s User Code
In 2-wire DT system, each Monitor installed in system must be programmed with a calling address or calling number,
which is User Code.
For Monitor, User Code is defined by 1~5 bits DIP switchers on the connection board, according the User Code rules. For
example, if you want to program the Monitor’s User Code to be “03”, the Monitor’s 1~5 bit DIP switchers should be set as:
ON, ON, OFF, OFF, OFF(please refer to User Code table at section2-Monitor).
For Door Station, each Call Button on panel is assigned to a specified User Code, and press this button will call
related Monitor. For example, press the call button labeled as “03”, system will launch a call to the Monitor which
programmed with “03” User Code.
Note
that the Bit-4 of the DIP switches on the Door Station should be set to OFF for
Double line button Door Station, set to ON for Single line button Door Station.
The User Code array on panels has been pre-defined as below, that’s the default mapping as follow:
31 32 16 28
29 30 15 27
27 28 14 26
25 26 13 25

However, the User Code mapping of Call Buttons can be changed, so as to meet the need of complex required
installations. To program the Door Station User Code mapping, you have to use DT-CONFIG software to program
each Door Station, by editing User Code, and download. Please see related contest for reference.
For example, when Call button of Guard Center and
Cancel button are needed, User Code mapping may be:
07 06
05 04
In another installation example, 2 Door Stations are
installed and need to be setup as below:
07 15 07 08
13 14 23 31
Button C is defined
11 12 22 21
03 02
for Cancel operation
01 02
01 02

Button G is defined
for calling Guard Unit operation
